Medication & EpiPen policy:
For safety reasons, staff cannot administer medication (including EpiPens). If your camper may need an EpiPen, please clearly label it and tell staff at check-in where it will be located (example: outer backpack pocket) so it can be accessed quickly in an emergency.
Sunscreen policy:
For safety and supervision purposes, staff do not apply sunscreen to campers. Please apply sunscreen before arrival and pack it daily. We schedule regular sunscreen breaks and remind campers to reapply throughout the day.

Water & ocean boundaries
Campers do not need to be strong swimmers to participate in beach water activities. Water access is optional and based on staff direction, group readiness, and ocean conditions.
We set clear boundaries and may limit water depth (for example: knees for ages 4–6, waist for ages 7+, or lower) depending on conditions.
Our team maintains supervision and in-water ratios during water time. Campers may choose not to enter the water at any time.
All staff are CPR and First Aid certified, and staff are background checked.
